Immunogen Purified, non-denatured Rabbit IgG (containing both heavy and light chains). Production. Eggs were collected from hyperimmunized hens and the IgY fraction purified from the yolks. Anti-Rabbit IgG's were affinity-purified over a column conjugated with purified Rabbit IgG (containing both heavy and light chains) and then conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase.
