Handling Advice
|
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Storage Comment
|
Store lyophilized product at 2-8 °C. After reconstitution, product is stable for several weeks at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -28 °C. For extended storage, add an equal volume of glycerol (ACS or better grade) for a final concentration of 50 % followed by storage at -28 °C. Please note that the concentration of protein and buffer salts will be one-half of the original after the addition of glycerol. In the absence of glycerol, the product may be aliquoted and stored at -78 °C or below.
